Having successfully completed Phase one (1) of the GEF-SGP UNDP funded project “Developing Good Environmental Practices for Managing and Disposal of Hazardous Materials found in E-Waste across St. Vincent & the Grenadines”,
Executive Director of Constructive Solutions Inc. Dr. Ashley John says Constructive Solutions Inc. will now embark on a training workshop ” E-Waste to Enterprise” for young people who are interested in learning how to start up an Electronic Waste business in SVG.
The workshop begins on Monday 5th of September 2016 and continues on Wednesday 7th and Friday 09th September respectively from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm daily.
This program will be to help recipients better understand how to go about setting up there E-Waste Enterprise and will include, designing the business plan, Pitching the E-Waste Idea to investors and implementing your business idea to enterprise.
C.S.Inc and its partners COESL and CEMI have already trained fourteen youth here in St. Vincent & the Grenadines and are now seeking to expand this opportunity to other young people who might find themselves unemployed and seeking a wholesome way to earn an income.
While this is not an immediate job opportunity we would want young people to know “it’s better to be prepared for an opportunity and not have it than have an opportunity and not be prepared “Les Browne”
