Six entrepreneurs answered the Biz-Pitch Entrepreneurs Challenge which was one of the activities of the #BUYSVGEXPO 2016 held on Saturday November 26, 2016. this challenge was created to help develop entrepreneurs with ideas and existing businesses to be better able to pitch their ideas to potential investors and customers.
Dr. Ashley John Executive Director of Constructive Solutions Inc. the coordinators of #BUYSVGEXPO said, “We believe this training and development tool is very critical as this new trend emerge across the globe and we wanted to make-sure our Vincentian entrepreneurs are prepared to promote their innovative businesses to attract much needed resources.”
After the dust had settled Judges Tamira Browne, Former SVG Caricom Youth Ambassador, Candice Sealy of Ignite Marketing and Anderson Williams together felt that Semesha Corea of Edge Media Centre, digital videography and photography business had the most sustainable business idea.

Speaking on behalf the judges, Tamira Browne said, “Overall all the ideas were of good quality, however as pointed out in the comments after the pitches some ideas just needs to be fine tuned and they should all be successful to achieve needed resources.”
Developmental Prizes have been provided by Digicel SVG Ltd, Nature Remedies and Jazzy All Natural.
