The Grow Healthy Challenge is a ten‑module capacity‑building journey that blends personal development, entrepreneurship principles, leadership skills and social impact. We meet in person Every Saturday 3:00pm AST, at the YMCA headquarters, Pinfold Street, Bridgetown. Participants work in small teams, together they form an ecosystem that supports and challenges one another throughout the program. The modules are:

To join Grow Healthy, participants should be ready to commit their time, energy, and focus. We welcome citizens 16–29 who are open to learning, teamwork, and growth. This journey is about effort, consistency, and the willingness to share the opportunity with others.

Ignite; hosts quarterly virtual forums via Facebook and
X/Twitter, giving you the chance to connect with fellows, mentors and
facilitators across borders. Country coordinators may also organize optional in‑person meet‑ups
for their local cohorts.
In addition to the quarterly forums, we hold an annual conference around
Emancipation Day (July 28 – August 1). The inaugural event will take place in 2026,
with future conferences in Namibia or other participating countries.
