? Our Story
Constructive Solutions was founded to create opportunities where people and communities could thrive. What began as a small initiative grew into Constructive Solutions Inc. (CSINC), a nonprofit organization recognized regionally and internationally for its work in education, enterprise development, and community empowerment.
Out of this foundation came Sustainable People & Communities Inc. (SPIC), established in 2025 to continue the mission of building resilience and implementing sustainable development projects. SPIC led the pilot Regenerative Farming Project at Chancery Lane, Christ Church, Barbados (May – August 2025), which successfully demonstrated the commercial viability of mix-crop systems, succession planting, composting, and fertigation.
Where We’re Going
In moving forward, we have taken a strategic decision to operate seamlessly across the commercial and social impact barriers of our vision. Constructive Solutions now serves as the sales, distribution, and services arm, while SPIC continues as the community impact arm, implementing projects across the green, blue, and ocean economies.
To strengthen sustainability and create a self-supporting model, in 2025 we expanded into a commercial enterprise arm. From this came the Grow Healthy brand, offering farm-fresh produce, premium sea moss products, and convenient subscription boxes to households, businesses, and communities. Every purchase through Grow Healthy directly supports local farmers and also fuels SPIC’s ability to donate boxes to vulnerable families, build resilience, and improve quality of life across Barbados and the wider Caribbean.
