In keeping with the generous spirit of the former local donor, deceased Mrs. Sheila “Ms. Mac” Macdonald, Constructive Solutions Inc. has rewarded two young Vincentian students with a monetary contribution towards their continuing education.
The Sheila Macdonald Radical Change Scholarship was created coming out of the objectives of the Radical Change Program, one of four that is implemented within St. Vincent and the Grenadines to lend assistance to families who have students in school and might be experiencing some socio-economic issues which can hinder their personal development.
Our Motto at C. S. Inc “Each One Push UP One” paves the way for us to achieve our mission and we asked the beneficiaries selected to give us reasons why such an award should be granted to them.

Scholarship recipient Kayla Bobb incoming student of Girls High School accepts the Sheila MacDonald Radical Change Scholarship award from Project Coordinator and Interim Director Semesha Corea.
Scholarship Recipient Kayla Bobb was rather convincing in her essay on the topic “How Would the Sheila Macdonald Radical Change Scholarship Help with your continuing education” and stated “The scholarship will be indeed a help for the basic needs of attending the St.Vincent and the Grenadines Girls High School, Furthermore, I live in a single parent family with five (5) other siblings. As you can imagine, my hardworking mother is out taking odd jobs to provide for the family, The scholarship will be a lift off for her as it will help.”

Scholarship recipient Kiana Chambers of West St. George Secondary School accepts the Sheila Macdonald Radical Change Scholarship award from Project Assistant Carcelia Carter Davis.
In similar conviction the second beneficiary Kianna Chambers indicated “Having an opportunity to travel and being able to get a scholarship is a big achievement in my life because having to participate around the world and representing my country would be a good boost for my journey in becoming a professional athlete. I just want to be able to go out, show my skills in sports and make my country’s name be known and have my parents be able to say, that I have done it and make them very happy.”
Dr. Ashley John Amb. Founder and Executive Director of C.S.Inc. says, “The board of Directors and the Project team at Constructive Solutions Inc. are very delighted in helping others reach their goals while using what they have in their hands. We look forward to offering more scholarships for students who put in the hard work and beat the odds, while on their road to victory.”
Constructive Solutions Inc. provides the needed life skills and social support to help people conquer the vast socio-economic challenges they encounter on a daily basis.
